Ask Abby

Trusted, Non-Partisan Support for Families Raising Gen Alpha, aka Cyborgs

Dear Parents,

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one people call when life gets complicated. Classmates, friends, colleagues - whenever there’s a mess to untangle or a hard decision to make, somehow it always lands in my lap. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love digging in, finding solutions, and telling it like it is.

These days, as a digital parenting expert (and mom to two hilarious, stubborn, brilliant “cyborgs”), my inbox is full of the questions that keep parents up at night:

Is a four-year degree still worth it in today’s world?

How do I get my 10-year-old to follow our tech rules without turning it into World War III?

That’s why I created Ask Abby - a safe space where parents can ask anything, find practical answers, and get free tools to raise extraordinary kids in this wild, tech-driven world. No judgment. No jargon. Just real talk, real strategies, and resources you can actually use.

My inbox is open. What’s on your mind?
